Challenge
We unified three product flows into a single mobile-first experience, shaped by how our audience naturally uses Kahuna on their phones. By aligning the key screens of their mobile journeys, we created a seamless and intuitive path from discovery to distribution.

Focused Step-by-Step Experience
One of the most challenging parts was the flows where users upload content and move forward step by step. We redesigned these areas into a more focused structure by limiting each step to a single question or action, reducing cognitive load and improving completion rates.

Clear & Transparent Earnings Experience
We designed the sales and advance screens to be extremely simple and free of confusion. Users can clearly see how much they will earn and if they choose to take an advance, they can instantly understand the terms and conditions without hidden details.

For Kahuna's website, we crafted a clear and conversion-focused experience that communicates their value to independent artists in a simple, compelling way. The structure, messaging, and flow were designed to guide users naturally toward taking action.

Brand Identity Story
Inspired by Kahuna as a guiding goddess, we built the brand symbol around the idea of a gateway — a modern interpretation of a sacred passage or prayer door. This form represents transition, protection, and creative growth, reflecting the platform's mission to empower artists on their journey.
